We often get many questions about care homes in general

Our minimum time for a allocated care visit is 30mins,however this is subject to requirements and
the location of the visit.

The process we use to recruit our staff is a very stringent one. The process involves a face to face
interview,reference check from previous employer and a enhanced criminal record check(DBS). Also
all our staff are required to pass a health clearance check.

In some circumstances the match may not work. When this happens we will work as quickly as
possible to resolve the issue. Our aim is to match you with a carer that you feel comfortable with
and can build a great relationship with. Our office is open 9.30am – 4.30pm Mon-Fri and for out-of-
hours and emergencies we have a 24hr manned phone line.

Absolutely,if we are made aware of any changes before your yearly review we will re-assess
accordingly. Please do not hesitate to contact a manager/supervisor.
